Mobile Bar Hire costs / FAQs

HIRE COST

A standard booking and hire fee of £225.00 applies to all events.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your hire fee includes exclusive bar service for the duration of your event, a minimum of two experienced bar staff, and the provision of a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) where required.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will secure your chosen date and work with you to create a drinks menu tailored to your event.

We offer a wide range of beverages, including:
Premium spirits and gins
Lagers and ales
Ciders
Champagne,Prosecco and Wine
Soft drinks
Cocktails
Non-alcoholic alternatives


DRINKWARE
Disposable drinkware is included as standard. Premium glassware can be provided upon request/extra cost, subject to venue approval and suitability.

CASH BAR

Our most popular option. Your guests simply purchase their own drinks throughout the event.

PRE-PAID BAR

Treat your guests by placing a contribution behind the bar to cover drinks. Once the agreed amount has been spent, we will notify you and you can choose to either top up the bar tab or allow guests to purchase their own drinks for the remainder of the event.

OPEN BAR

Guests will not be charged for any drinks as the host pays for it all. The agreed drinks budget is paid 4 weeks before the event takes place.
